Autism Down Program Registration Form

Please fill out this form for each child participating in the program. The program takes place on the third Saturday of every month from 9 to 11 am at the Pensacola Pier. Autism Down generously covers the pier fee, equipment (while supplies last), sunblock, water, and volunteers to ensure a fun and safe experience for all participants. Please note that the pier fee for parents and non-participating guest is not covered by Autism Down. You can find the price charts at the Pensacola Pier Website.
